ESAB OK Weartrode 55 electrodes, 5 mm diameter, are designed for hardfacing work requiring high wear resistance. Ideal for repairing and reinforcing worn mechanical parts. The hardness of the deposited metal reaches 50–60 HRC, ensuring reliability and longevity.

Rutile-basic electrode depositing an austenitic-ferritic steel.
Specially suited for welding dissimilar steels (steel, stainless with non-alloy steel), and materials known to be difficult to weld such as tool steels, manganese steels, cast steels, spring steels, gears, cylinder rods...
