ZINCONSIL 400 is to be used for cold galvanizing on all metallic materials with a high zinc content.
This aerosol product with a high zinc content is particularly suitable for touch-ups after welding, for restoration or galvanizing of metal sheets, for galvanizing and protecting metal parts outdoors, and for restoring the zinc surfaces of grilles, gates, sheets, tanks and metal structures.
The aerosol is fitted with a drip-free diffuser; its use does not cause stains.
ZINCONSIL 400 also provides good protection against corrosion caused by atmospheric agents such as salinity and humidity.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake before use for one minute until the ball inside moves freely.
Even during application, shake the product regularly to keep it homogeneous. Clean and degrease the surfaces to be treated. Spray from a distance of approximately 25 cm.
After use, invert the aerosol and spray the product for a few seconds to prevent the valve from clogging.
Dry film thickness: 20 to 40 µm (cross-coat coverage)
Covering power: high
Coverage capacity: approx. 120 ml/m²
Drying time: 5 to 10 minutes. Fast drying, drip-free
